Toning seems fine, but the coin is AU, not MS65.

The color looks natural to me. However, being in that slab, and the way the pictures are taken, it very well could be the usual 2-3 point overgrade.

Agreed with the rest. The problem isn't with the toning, it's with the usual overgrading in those slabs.
