Why do the auction companies have to Junk up Ebay?

I do wish companies like Heritage etc wouldn't load up Ebay with all thier stuff. It takes so much time to work around a couple of hundred Auction listing when we know darn well that its not a true auction for an ebayer. The ones on the floor will get the good coins at a good price with the advantage of knowing what the ebayer bid. Not to mention the 20% vig.

I agree. I think the Live Auction stuff is nothing more than useless clutter. It's not really even that much fun to watch now that the novelty has worn off.

I don't mind them. My searches are sufficiently narrow that I rarely see too many such auctions. And certainly if there's a "hit" in the Heritage/Superior/etc. auctions, I want to see it.

Also, one should keep in mind to *NEVER* bid on a Heritage auction through eBay. Heritage auctions on eBay add a 20% BP, but just going to the Heritage site itself only charges 15%.

I don't much like it, either. At minimum, it would be nice if we had the option to weed those out in the search tool. I grow weary of doing my usual eBay searches and finding that 70% of the hits are coming from Heritage, Superior et al when I can go to their sites directly and bid with lower fees.

I feel they should have a seperate "search" for the Ebay Live listings.

If I want to bid with Heritage, I'm going to Heritage. If I want to bid with Superior, I'm going to.........etc.....

I don't hunt around Ebay very often, but when I do, and that stuff is running, I go away.
