Yup, plus the fact that he offers an "AU-55" with a BIN price that's below both Coin World's and PCGS's listed value for XF-40, that also concludes that he knows it's not a 55, IMO. If you have a true AU-55 example of a key date, you wouldn't be selling it raw for XF money.
