Type set additions. Some from Dixon's auction!

I added these to my set today. The first two were bought at Mike Dixon's coin auction yesterday.

This is the first one. It was in an NGC MS66RD holder!

  • Hey guys and gals, Mike Dixon has some nice coins in his auctions! You need to check out his website from time to time. He even allows internet bids!
Now, if you don't want to do internet bidding, I would be glad to do your bidding for you! Let me know if you ever need it done!!...Ken

I really like that merc. image
  • Probably the nicest coin at the auction was a 1955/55 DDO raw. It was authentic, but cleaned, and a good MS65. Merz2 slobbered all over it before and after it was sold!

That 29 Buffalo would probably grde MS65/66 if certified. I stole it for what I paid for it!..image
  • Very nice grouping Ken - keep buying those mainstream coins and we'll kick you out of the "I want to be just like Marty marching and chowder society" image

I had to admit,Ken did real well on those coins.I told him they were solid for the grade. If Ken can't bid on coins at Michael's auctions I would be willing to do it for anyone as well.

    Ken,
You're right! There are two very nice AU 1921 Peace dollars. One has some beautiful light rose toning! There's also a nice AU 1907 D Barber half. Andrew is picking up additional coins this week in NJ for the auction.
