question on PCGS MS 67 ROOSEVELT Dimes and FB

Hello all,
I have a few nice looking Roosevelt dimes so im wondering.....
Can you get a PCGS grade of MS67 without the dime have FB ? Are all those on the pop sheet that PCS graded before they starting using the FB designation.... I guess im wondering if its a requirment to have FB to get the grade of MS67

None of my MS67 Roosies are FB.

The short answer is yes you can have a MS67 or even MS68 without full bands. The coin can be awesome and still not have full bands.
