Today's Coin Shop Finds With One Picture Enclosed.

I bought several unopened proof sets-5 1964 and 6 1962-as well as one 1964 proof set in a capital holder. I bought that one because of the quarter. Do you all think it will DCAM? The smudges are on the holder, not the coin. I just did not take the coin out of the holder yet.
Out of the unopened sets, 2 of the 1964 sets were accented hair Kennedys.
I spent $9.00 per set though. I also bought a 1960 small date proof set where the Washington looks like the one in the picture below.
Any comments would be appreciated.
