Does ANACS have the CLEAREST PLASTIC?

I would like to have a photography expert use a light meter behind some crackouts of the different slabs.
I was looking at some coins today and noticed that my ANACS coins were the real attention grabbers.
Closer inspection made me realize that the coins were BRIGHTER in the ANACS holders.
So I tilted the slabs to catch light on the SURFACE of the plastic.
NGC is almost CORRUGATED.
PCGS is smoother but still textured.
ANACS has SOME texture, but all in all is SMOOTHER on the surface. They seem to be CLEARER. Now this could be the composition also, but may just be the surface polish.
Try it and see.
If any of you have some crackouts and a light meter, I would be interested to see a test of the highest light reading THROUGH the plastic of each holder.
The PCGS "rattlers" come close to the ANACS, but still not quite as bright.
