STRIKE DOUBLING ON PROOF SETS

Under 10x half of my 1999 1 cent in my proof sets show a doubling of the s mint mark. Should I bother to have the sets authenticate and slabed??? NGC or ANACS.

If its strike doubling Paul, there is nothing to authenticate. MD like this is not that uncommon. Here is some MD on a state quarter prrof as an example.

Don't bother. If anyhting, it's even more common on proofs, since they are struck several times.
