It's a common K-386 struck in silver to commemorate Hindenburg's 80th birthday, but I doubt many have paid less for theirs! image

    Good snag image At over a million mintage this is probably what the medal should be selling for but Goetz stuff has been hyper-inflated ever since I began collecting him...the story of my life.

    DOH!!! I did not realize that was a goetz!!! That is what I get for whizzing through the listings. I even looked at that one. My loss, your gain. Just know that I am crying on the inside.

    Zulan, this is where eBay "pays off" -- when sellers either don't know what they have or don't bother to attribute it properly. I'm pretty sure this guy was clueless. You've got to dig for these, though; your search function won't find them. It also helps to know what you're looking for, because opportunities like these don't come up often. That's one of the benefits of this forum, that you can gain an incredible amount of "education" available nowhere else.imageimage
