Opinions please- cleaned or luster?

Here's a pic of a buffalo I was considering placing a bid on, but I can't quite decide if it has been cleaned or if this is natural luster. Some buffs have this wonderful luster naturally, although most don't. This one could go either way, and I think that the only for sure way to tell would be to have the coin in hand. At any rate, your opinions are appreciated!

It's just too hard to tell from the pics. Lighting can make such a difference, and tilted pics hide many flaws.

I agree as well as far as it being hard to tell from photos. It looks like it is a nice coin. If you like it, go for it but make sure the seller has a rock solid return policy.

If there's a return privilege to a reliable source, go for it, if not, pass. The risk with raw coins isn't worth it.

Yup- it is hard to tell. I don't think I'm gonna try this one because 90% of the seller's other auctions are coins that have obviously been cleaned or polished. And no mention of a return policy to boot. Better to be safe than sorry!
