If you were scammed by any Ruffin, please go to open forum and read my thread with same above title.

We need to get started and be together on this!

    Again, any member that was scammed by the Ruffins needs to file a complaint with the IFCC at http://www.ifccfbi.gov, make a copy and email it to khart@ci.fay.nc.us.

    The police there will not/cannot do anything with verbal info from you over the phone---they need a legal form with questions answered by you as to your individual case. The info from the IFCC form will be their basis for follow-up, but without it, you'll get nowhere over the phone!

    Please---file a complaint and send it to them ASAP!!!!

    Sorry about not getting a conf. call going, but between meetings, projects & the normal grind I have not had time.
    If this is still a path some of you want to go PM me, but this complaint form is a great first step.
    And not TOO painful, just open all your different sites you need for info....names, dates, addresses, etc.
