I saw others asking about varieties of seated coins and I should have asked this on the first post.

"United States of America" is all doubled on the IHC posted. Is this common? The only reference I have is Breens and it says nothing about it.

I'm bringing this to the top only because I am curious about the doubling in the legend. Can anyone in the day crowd give insight on this?
