40 in the last 2 days and i aint dented the list yet !
i should add that,that was only proof coins,i havent even looked at the MS stuff !
i would think if this forum flooded em with about 1000 of these in a week they may pay attention.
i did check the ANA website and see no place to report abuse on EBAY.

I haven't followed all of your links, but I always use the ebay help page to report counterfeits. If you choose the appropriate options you are eventually taken to a page that allows you to submit the auction numbers for investigation through ebay. Last week I reported 24 lots of counterfeit Trade and Seated dollars where the sellers were acknowlegeing that the coins were fake. As of the last I have looked, only four of the auctions were stopped. One of the problems is that these sellers start their auctions near the weekend and only run them for three days, oftentimes they will also hide the bidder's identities, too. In this way, ebay won't get the emails until the following week and the auctions will already be ended and sold to anonymous bidders.

They do not make it easy to report these types of listings and will not make it easy until someone successfully sues them and shoots down their plausible deniability in that they are only a selling venue.
