wanna see a cleaned coin...

when I got the coin a month ago I put it in an airtite and put it in my desk. Today I pull the coin out, take out the loop and couldn't believe my eyes, hailine city!!!

Is a coin that has been cleaned, rubbed to the extent that hairlines are evident considered as uncirculated condition??

.The deal was done a month ago and I just now got around to pulling out the loop.

no I haven't contacted the seller, I just won't deal with him anymore.
