I've been working with my lighting and processing of coins other than copper lately, and came up with the images that follow. A forewarning of two things:
1. The photos are a bit large (150-200K) to show quality and detail. Dial up folks may want to skip this post.
2. I am currently, as of this moment, in transfer between two servers, so the photos may not show for some of you. Try back again a bit later and you should be able to see them. It's not my server, it would be your ISP and the fact that they haven't yet received the new IP address for my name server, wich is currently still in propogation. Short: try again later if you get a blank page.

1796 $1, SEGS graded MS62.

Since this is the first time I have ever made any effort to get good pics of gold, I am interested in knowing specifically what you folks think about the composite of gold in the third image. This is just a group of coins I liked the designs on, no particular reason for the different coins together other than the fact that I was trying to capture gold for the first time.
