Question about slabs

I obviously know that the vast majority of coins that are submitted to the grading services are not already in a slab. However, after a coin is graded and slabbed, do you think that a particular company's slab may "accentuate" a coin better than another company's slab? For example, I don't know if the background color of the material used in certain company's slabs make the coin "look" better than some else's slab, so when you are judging eye appeal, maybe you might think that one coin is on the high end of the grade, rather than another coin in another slab. I know that we always talk about buying the coin and not the holder, but I wonder if subconsciously some coins may appear better in one slab versus another. Any thoughts?

ICG is if you get the Intercept Shield holder...
How many people would be willing to pay an extra $4 or $5 for an intercept shield core in their PCGS slab? actually, I don't remember what ICG charges for that, maybe it's a lot, I plain forget.
Need more $$$ for coins?

There are a number of companies that will grade your gold coin and put it in a black slab . . . you just might not want a slab from them . . . they use the Coin World slabs as their company holder.

<< <i>I think colorfully toned large coins, such as Morgans, look pretty good in NGC and ANACS slabs because of the white inserts. >>
I also think large gold, like a Saint, looks better in the white core holder (assuming black isn't available)
