This morning I looked at the work in progress 65-67 SMS cameo set I am assembling. Pictures of any of these cameos that you have would be appreciated. Through comparing your pics to my set I can get an idea how much more work I have to do before I am satsified. Thanks in advance.

In all the sets I've searched, I've never found a fully cameo Lincoln and only a couple lightly cameo'd quarters. Until recently, though, I was focusing only on the half dollars.

In defense of my honor, in light of Russ' recent Jeff DCAM accomplishments, I will merely observe I scored DCAM SMS JFK from raw while he was still frantically pursuing and perusing every raw coin in sight for more than a year ...

OOOOOOOOOOOOH......AHHHHHHHHHHHH, sweet pictures. Thanks all. SMS cameo cents, dimes and quarters do appear to be much harder to find than halves and nickels. Anyone care to opine as to the reason why?

Guilt is for 15-year-old boys and death-bed conversions ...

... and while I am thinking about it, every Jeff expert on this planet graded that coin as MS-66 CAM long before it was sold.

I looked for a pic of the 66 Lincoln I holdered MS68 Cam earlier this year, but unfortunately, I deleted it. Recently, I did get a 65 holdered at NGC as Cam last month, so it'll have to do. It's NGC MS65 Cam.

RGL, I still love that quarter. I do have one old pic I figure is worth showing off. I bought this set a few years ago, and ALL of the coins were decent. I figure it was one of the earlier packages.

1956Quarter

Wow, this is so spooky. I just this weekend seeing that I am down to needing three Franklin Halfs and findings are slow, I decided to put together a high grade Kennedy Half set. I had a lot of modern proofs laying around from broken proof sets and nice uncs from broken up mint sets from doing the quarters and dimes thing, and decided to purchase an album. I just got a great deal on the 1995 and 1997 Silver Proofs, well under gray sheet bid. Now I am looking to hunt down some nice SMS Cameos for 65, 66 and 67,and a high grade 1970D to knock out the keys. I stopped by here to check their values to get a feel for what I'm up against, and here is this post. Russ.... awesome cams!
