That's part of E Pluribus Unum, and has no additional significance. Look at the lower left rim on the reverse at around 7 o' clock. Is there a letter there?

no letters but it looks like there's a BLP above the 1909 on the indian side

Designer's initials. Also no additional significance. So, it appears that you have a Philly mint $5 Indian. Value can be anywhere from $125 to many thousands of dollars depending on condition.

It could be worth anywhere from $100 to $10,000 but most likeley not less than $96.72, which is it's current bullion value if un-altered
