I just checked the population report, which does not have mine reported yet, and the lowest is an PR62....

So, yes, it's a Pop 1....

My guess would be VG/F! That accented portion of the coin is pretty substantial. The wishbone on this particular coin stands out like a sore thumb!

I think they would be able to attribute it no matter what the grade due to the missing serif in the I in LIBERTY.
