Request for a key card set to be added

I submitted a request a few months back for a "3000 hit club" set.
I was just curious, do they let me know when it's available, or do I need to just check the registry lists every so often?
Thanks!

I thought I read a while ago a post from BJ that said that new set requests would be delayed due to the new database roll out. So I'm not sure that I would expect it soon but they are excellent about communicating when it is ready to go.
The 3K set seems a natural and am a bit surprised that it hasn't been tossed out before but nice work in coming up with the thought.
What about a real "key card" set in the registry sense. Now that we have 20K cards of most of the Topps sets "keys" are emerging. While a "highest price card" from each set and "top rookies" from each set seem obvious, how about the 72 Schaal IA's and the 65 C. Smiths of the world. Each year has a few commons that are "key" and excessively difficult to find in high grade. Two or three from year from 52 to 80 Topps would be a monumental challenge and a contest for those that seek the punishment of finding these types of cards. The set would be manageable in number and because of the reg. pop's and not the print runs would only make sense to registry set builders. It would also be murder. Any thoughts?
