1955 Double Mint Set with no coins!

Now for what reason would someone pay $40 or more for double mint set with no coins? I for one will be noting the purchaser.

I have bought some partial sets for less money. He does make a mistake though as these holders are different in the 47-49 set. The cardboard is a little thinner. I also believe the green cover paper to be thicker on the 55 sets. mike
