Question on DMPL pricing...how high over ask?

It seems DMPL's are just on fire. Just how high over market or ask should one go? My local dealer sells to me at bid, but it seems everyone is buying over ask/market pricing.
I guess instead of asking how high should one go, I should ask how high would you go?
