I'm sure Mickley thought it was a good trade. He got rid of a restruck fantasy for what he pobably thought was a very rare original coin that he didn't have. I'm sure he thought he had put one over on the Mint cabinet. The Mint probably though they had put one over on Mickley since they thought they had gotten a rare colonial struck in gold for a duplicate fantasy piece that they had just struck a few years earlier.
