Question on cutting a Kelloggs card..

Will PSA cut it for me or do I. If I do, what's the best way? It's a 1982 Kelloggs w/Dorsett. I don't want to touch it until I ask for some help. Thanks Guys!!

Back in architecture school, we learned the art of cutting straight lines with an x-acto knife and a metal straight edge. I would start by experimenting on the outer edges of the panel. Your local picture frame shop may assist you in this endeavor. They would already have the tools and skills necessary to complete this.
