Dirt in PSA slab

Just received my 1967 Brooks Robinson back, and there is a 1/16" round dark piece of something in the upper left side of casing.
Sent email to PSA customer service on Wednesday, with no reply as of yet.
Does anyone know who to follow up with, or how PSA usually handles situations like this?
Thanks for any help.
Dave

  • This wont be much help but I also had a Lebron James come back just 2 weeks ago from Beckett with the same thing. If I was going to keep it I would of had it reslabbed but I ended up auctioning it off.

The card needs to be reholdered, and I would suggest calling PSA instead of emailing. I would bet they do it at no cost, since it was from a recent submission. They did just that for me on a recent submission, on a holder that arrived slightly cracked.
