Is there a now a fee to use turbo lister?

I'm trying to launch an auction with start price of less than $10 and its giving me a listing fee of 0.60 (no lisitng upgrades or extra pics). Two days ago lisitng (calculated) is just 0.35.

Did you use a Gallery pic? That's .25 cents extra.
So under $10 bidding plus gallery would make it .60 cents.
  • I checked no "x" on the boxes.

I launched an auction 2 days ago and gave me 0.35. So what i did is use this same auction (just to check) that I launched 2 days ago and claculate its fee. now its giving me 0.60 listing fee.

I just listed an auction through SpareDollar and not Turbo Lister and had the same thing happen. I was charged for a gallery pic when there shouldn't have been, so it appears to be an ebay problem, not Turbo Lister.
  • I just launched some auctions manually on ebay website and everything's fines listing fee is 0.35. Maybe they're doing upgrades/changes and it's affecting auction listers/launchers.

I've noticed some of the menus have changed a little on eBay. So I bet they have changed
something with the code, and the auction listing sites haven't updated there software.
