What grade do you think PCGS gave this Washington?

I just found out the grade PCGS assigned to my Washington that came out of an old NGC holder. What do you think the graders thought about this one?

    Cant go by pic..........58 to 66?
    Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

    Yes it is in that range. As it turns out the current population is 12.

    I guess my hint gave it away. I have Washingtons in 65 holders that have more contact marks and don't look as good. Oh well.
