mastronet.com or ebay?

When selling a high end.. high grade card such as this orr 9.5 rc Would you guys use ebay or mastronet.com to fetch the most for the card?

  • influx, there was some talk about this Orr awhile back. most likely, it's sheet cut. it probably came from the same sheet that Gary Moser purchased (he already sold a few GAI 9's and 9.5's) a few months ago. if it was in a PSA 9 holder, it's a $100k card

    If you are talking about high end cardz in general, my experience so far would say give it to any big house that may draw more big money bidders like Mastro. Furthermore, there is less chance of someone screwing with your auction IMO. Now, for lower high quality stuff, you may do better on ebay to avoid the high overhead charges you will incur by consigning the card - and BP on the buying end - which has climbed above the 10% mark! If people are bidding wisely, that BP is indirectly coming out of your pocket. Also, you don't have to potentially wait for your money. This is a general statement and like anything, there will be exceptions to the rule. Just an opine.
