I hate how he states he takes Paypal for a fee.

This guy has been doing this for a long time. He buys up K lots (raw or graded) and puts sets together. Sometime all raw, sometime a little raw and graded, etc...
He is in clear violation of eBay and Paypal rules. I reported him.
His best scamaroni is...He states in his auction that there will be a refund "only" if the labels are intact... The problem is, that in order to see the cards you bought, you have to take off the cheesy "paper and tape" labels that are surrounding the product...The second you do that BAM...No Refund!!! You also come to the conclusion that you just bought a pile of crapola. I bought some '73's from this guy and the cards were in one of those clear plastic 50 count snap top boxes. I could see the sides of the cards, but in order to actually "look" at the cards, I had to break his hokey address label to get inside, and you guessed it...all the mint cards magically turned into EX. with NO REFUND.....
I told him I was going to "hand deliver" the cards back to him and would expect a FULL refund....I got a paypal instantly.....Hmmmmmmm.....
