question about color photos

For you photoshop wizards...What color would this coin probably look if the photo hadn't been worked on to give the PCGS label this color?

That label has turned that color...I dont think any doctoring has been done.

I have a couple slabs that the lables have turned that color. I agree the the lable is really yellow.

I have seen them fade to almost white but I don't recall yellow.

That label style can be found from canary yellow through green to the same sky blue they use on the slabs today. I have seen a few that had faded almost to white.
