Do Saturdays count as a day (as far as submissions go)?

I finally got around to sending in my six card CC submission, rec'd last Wed. Today is probably day six, but I've had three different orders pop up on a Saturday, so I was wondering if indeed Sat's are counted in the # of days as far as submission guarantees go - if so, then the deadline is a couple hours away. What's the official scoop there?

No. Business days = weekdays. Saturdays don't count.
