Thank you Customer Service

Perhaps I am alone on this but I have nothing but good things to say about Customer Service. They made good on their guarantee and got my submission voucher out to me very expeditiously...even faster than they said it might take. In fact, now that I really think about it, I have always been treated fairly by everyone from the graders to Customer Service to HRH, himself. Kudos to all.

Instead of complaining guys, just send your coins in and forget about them but DO keep track of the BUSINESS DAYS, excluding weekends and show dates, from the time your coins were received to the date they are actually shipped and I suspect that you too, will be treated in the very much the same fashion because I am, afterall, one of you and NOT some sort of privileged characterimage

I must say, the letter that accompaied it explains the situation quite well, Afterall, we do want our coins graded as accurately as humanly possible, not in a hurry by some undertrained graders, right!? I believe they are doing the best they can with what they have at present, especially, since according to the letter, the volume of work received over just the past couple of months has doubled.image

    Recently I bought $25 in submission supplies from PCGS and they billed my Visa 2 x's. I called them and they were very friendly correcting the situation very quickly I might add. Well less then a week later I get a package from them and it was a copy of the July 2004 pop report. I suspect that it was for saying "Sorry for the mixup".

    Well I certainly appreciate it, as I already had a recent copy and now a good friend has one too.

  • Ok- I'll chime in too. I requested my free submissions less than a week ago and they arrived in the mail today. The rep on the phone was super friendly and handled my request with a pleasant sense of urgency. I thought going into the call that I might have to get ugly to get what was due- it in reality couldn't have been made easier. It's not often you find a company who so fervently backs up their guarantee. This is like getting $60 free in the mail! Kudos to PCGS customer service-
