question about PCGS grading times

Does the clock start the day the coins are entered into their system for grading, or the next business day after?

I submitted some coins at the Baltimore show(regular service, 15 days guaranteed) and they were eneterd into the system on 7/15/04. Now, if it's the day they were eneterd, they are already a day late, if it's the next business day then today's the last day before being overdue.

It's the next business day. Assuming there were no shows with on-site grading, you're on day 14.
