Suggestion for message titles on BST forum

How about putting the series name in the title? Lincoln, Jefferson, etc. It makes a search much more effective and I'm sure I've missed some coins that I would have been interested in. Also, if you have many, many to sell, how about splitting the listings into two or more posts, say, two or three series per listing?

Just a thought.

  • ttt for your consideration - most titles are fine, but in some it's impossible to figure out what is being sold. When I search on "Lincoln" I'm sure I'm missing some good stuff.

  • Absolutely. I hate going thru or skipping titles like "coins for sale".
As specific as a title can reasonably get is great.
  • i agree, nothing more annoying is the general title PCGS Coins for sale. mention a summary of the various series or as many as you can, will keep many collector's wasting time looking at posts that has nothing of interest after openimg the post.
PCGS sets under The Thomas Collections. Modern Commemoratives @ NGC under "One Coin at a Time". USMC Active 1966 thru 1970" The real War.

I TOTALLY disagree with this statement. That would be rude and inconsiderate. WHen you post a thread on this board it is knocked to page 2 fast enough with posts from the considerate posters around here.

  • Perhaps we could limit it to people practicing the alphabet. That is almost as rude and inconsiderate.
