Here's the story. I bought a PSA 9 Pittsburgh Steelers team card at roughtly 1/2 SMR and I promptly sent a check nearly 2 weeks ago. The seller is claiming he never received it - but I'm staring to wonder whether he received it and threw it out - not wanting to sell the card for 1/2 SMR (I don't know how I bought it so low - most PSA 9's sell for $125 to $250). I'm not sure what to do from here. It was auction 5108336587 if anyone is wondering. Advice would be appreciated.

That's no urban legend. That is 100% true! MintXPress retained an attorney(s) and made serious legal threats to their eBay customer. Unfortunately they greatly underestimated whom they were dealing and the negative feedback still stands.

No, although there have been times in the past where people have thought this person and myself were the same person.
And realize this, he could have very easy capitulated and removed the feedback, but he fought it because it was the right thing to do and it cost him more in attorneys fees than the card he bought. To me, that says quite a bit of the measure of this person's character.
