Minor filled Die + PCGS

Do you think PCGS would assign an error designation and grade for a coin that has a filled detail such as a missing eye in a SAC Dollar?

Also, PCGS giving an error designation for a minor imprint of a piece of string going across the right side of a proof Ike Dollar.

That isn't a filled die, it is an overpolished die error. And yes they probably would assign the designation if you submitted it through the more expensive mint error submission level.
