Yahoo info update...legit or a scam?

This is my second unsolicited E-mail from Yahoo requesting my personal credit card and banking information...WTF? I Filled in the blank forms the first go around with every foul obscene word I could think of believing the E-mail to be a fraud. Now I get the message again warning me my account could be deleted if I don't respond.
Clicking on the link I get this crazy Web URL of: Alleged Yahoo update link. Anyone else get this? Is it legit? Even if it is, no way in hell would I give out my credit card number and banking info. What does Yahoo need banking information for anyway. Looks and smells like a scam to me.
