Anyone notice how hot they are this year, a Roethlisberger sold for $570, they always have been strong, but seem hotter then ever this year.

    topps football is a waste this year, maybe guys are getting smart and not ripping this junk and just
    buying the cards they want.

    I ripped one box, pulled a Greg Jones auto #/100 and a Lavar Arrington jersey, waste? No, Luck yes, but at least it is only less then $50 and you get most of the decent rookies in their NFL uniforms, along with some inserts of them. Maybe you aren't gauranteed that $3 jersey and $5-$10 autos like in some $80 boxes, but at least you will get plenty of rookies, and have a shot at pulling that rookie premiere auto with odds of 1:890 and maybe even get that real good one. I'd rather gamble on that then 2 packs of SP game used that will cost me more and yield like 8 cards, and probably 2 $3 jerseys. There are collectors of different types of cards, for those who want a nice completable set, Topps is an A in their book.

    was this a 36 count or an HTA? If I remember right the odds of a jersey were more than 1:36...what 50
    bucks doesn't even get us a game used cards anymore?
