Low grade Barber halves from the Bay...cleaned/whizzed..what to do?

I am putting together a set of Barber halves......on a strict budget...........why, I am not sure, but my goal is to complete the set in G-4.

I got two halves from the bay and they arrived today...........shined up, whizzed beyond belief....looks like jewelry pieces.........they are good for sure, but do I beech about them or just let it go???? Advice? the pics were not indicative of the state they are in.
Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

I always send problem coins back out of principal. I'm putting an $8 coin back in the mail tomorrow. Is it a nice coin? Sure. Is it MS as advertized, no. Difference in value, about $6. My cost to send it back, about $2. Is $4 really worth my time, no. Is $4 worth the principal of the matter, yes.
