Set Registry Question....new to Registry

Hi, I'm thinking about registering some hockey sets that are not listed under their already established sets......if it's not there, do I have to call them? Secondly, what does "set rating" mean and how is that equated? I understand "completion", and "grade points".

There is a link on the PSA registry page. I believe the set rating refers to the weighting of specific cards in a set. The tuffer the card the more it counts towards the set rating. Joe
