    Was this image created from a digital camera, or from a flatbed scanner.

    In either case I'll say ms64

    MS64/shot 65 if it has killer lustre.
    When in doubt, don't.

    Assuming the luster is there to confirm it's a mint state coin, based on the hits I see, I'd say it's a solid 64.

    Always tough from a photo, but I don't see any rub.

    ms/64 judging from visible marks, even though those are probably exaggerated from the scans.

    I do agree the mint mark looks funny though.

    just got home....the pic is from the seller so I don't know if it's a scanner or dig.

    the last coin I bought from the guy

    was this image
    and he called it choice BU

    and this was his image of that coin on eBayimage



    He calls the coin posted at the beginning of this thread a 65
