Regrade back to PCGS or leave it alone?

I couldnt resist posting this one. who in their right mind would take out of a pcgs tomb and put it into this type of plastic?

Oh, and what are the chances that the old tag is real and actually included in the auction.???

Seller also has that one which is a 1806 Draped Bust Half PCGS -> ACG.

Funny thing is, though also mentions it was 64 at PCGS (but the pic shows XF 45), so he must have done a cut and past.

Would raise flags in my book!

You might find a biscuit in a dumpster, but that's not the place to look!
