What is the oldest 1/1 card you have?

I don't know about now, but for the longest time I had the only PSA 2-3 1957 Topps Ted Kluszewski (mine is a 2). I submitted it hoping for a 6 or 7. I don't know if anyone would willingly submit one of these that they knew to be a 2 or 3.

I have a 1910s Niagra Baking Company card featuring Otta Knabe. It is the only example of any player from this super-rare issue graded by any of the three grading companies. I had GAI grade it last year (I think a 3?), as insurance to protect the card from its owner's clumsiness
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
  • If I'm reading the question correctly, I have three "1/1". Only one of which was graded by PSA. I have a 2001-02 UD Collectors Club Michael Vick JSY (BGS 9) and I recently picked up a 1998-99 UD SPx Finite Spectrum FE Michael Jordan (BGS 9). Both are the only examples graded by BGS and both are the highest graded examples (includes PSA and SGC) of each card as well. The third is a 2001-02 Leaf Rookies & Stars Cross Training T. Aikman/Q. Carter (PSA 9). Again, the only example graded by PSA. image

I would like to add that I would not list these as 1/1's in an auction. To me, a 1/1 is the only card made and not the only grade. 1/1 also does not include a players jersy number (Pujols #5/100 or Jordan #23/25 for example) IMO. But this is open for some debate by others.

I meant a particular card/grade combination for which only one exists. An example would be the T-206 Wagner in PSA 8. There is only one of those so it would be considered a 1/1.

My 1957 Topps Klu PSA 2 was (and may still be) a 1/1 for that grade.

"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."
