I just saw Nomar get his first hit as a Cub on ESPN.
Criticize Steinbrenner and the Yankees all you want about spending money but when they deal they do it right. When they have a big deal brewing like when they got ARod they keep it quiet and private like they should. On the other hand when the Red Sox were interested in getting A-Rod it was spilled to the press forever disenchanting Nomar. I don't blame Nomar that he wanted to be traded. Kudos to him!

what's sad is that lAzy-Rod was playing 3b yet he sat on his rear and made Derek come all the way over from SS to catch that ball
