    Allison Park is a suburb of Pittsburgh (how appropriate), and the consigner is a professor at the University of Pittsburgh.

    Tootawl; I'm not really sure why ANR sent this to me. I've never bought anything from them; I guess because I signed up to bid in a prior auction.

    The story on the 1792 Half Disme is amazing! Some people have a great deal of luck!!

    Anyone guessing what it will go for? The detail is so good that I think it will outshine the damage. I say $25K.

    I'll agree on that one Jim. Their rather high opening bids have kept me from bidding more that once. Or was it that rolling pin my wife holds whenever I get a new catalog?? LOL
