Yup it's Bolivean alright. The PR mint mark pretty much sets it off as from the Potosi mint in Bolivia. At that time Bolivia was a Spanish Colony and didn't gain independence until 1825. The Spanish arrived about 1535 and established the city of Potosi in 1546. Around 1574 they brought in equipment from the Lima mint to start minting coins in Bolivia. Bolivia wasn't always land locked there actually was a Bolivian Coast many years ago. Ernest Hemingway once wrote about it in one of his books. Chile and Bolivia had a short war in 1879 - 1884 where Chile won and annexed the entire coastal region from Bolivia. Link
Well, it is KM-53, a 2 reales containing .1965 of an ounce of silver, probably worth $5-$10, featuring King Carlos III (1759-88). The letters JR are the assayers' initials, Jose de Bargas Flores and Raimundo de Iturriaga. The PTS monogram is the Potosi mintmark.
