Proof Silver Eagles going up in value

It's been a while since I checked proof silver eagle prices. I was surprised to see that the 1993, 94, and 95 (P) PR69 PCGS slabbed coins are going for around $200 lately on eBay. That's about $70-$80 more than when I checked a year ago. Any reason for that? Just increasing popularity?

    I'm hoping the 2003s start going up. I bought a boat load of them before they sold out.
