The series' of various card sets

Anyone out there know the set breakdown by series for the following issues:

1951 Bowman
1953 Bowman Black and White
1955 Topps

???
I have Murphy's Price Guide but it does not list detail for these sets. Any help would be appreciated.

There is an article in an old VCBC about the '51's- I can mail it out to you next week if you pm me your address.
Can't help you on the others, but I'd be very surprised if the '53's were not issued as one series.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

  • 1951 Bowman is broken out into 1-252 and a high-number series of 253-324.

    1953 Bowman B/W is a single 64-card series.

1955 Topps is broken out into 1-160 and a "high" series of 161-210 which is more difficult to find. Cards 175, 186, 203 and 209 were never issued which caused cards 170, 172, 184 and 188 to be double printed.
