Anyone have a source for personalized coins?

Hey everybody. Been a long time since I posted here and most will probably not even remember me lol.

I have a question. Does anyone have a source for making high quality personalized coins?

I belong to a local civic group and we would like to have an organization coin made. This would be similar to the military coins that various units make and hand out to people for doing special deeds.
