went and looked at a collection of modern cards wednesday (1990-1998) with a little 1989 stuff. the collection was in excess of 140k cards. he had baseball, football, basketball, and hockey. there were lots of autographed cards by BEST. were these made by Classic and do they have any value? he also had Classic auto's of AROD and others from 93 and 94 (looked like these do pretty well on ebay), but I did not look at the back of the BEST cards to see who made them. overall, i'd say he had 500+ auto cards (nothing GU) from the various sports in the 1993-1998 timeframe.

i notice a lot of the more current autos 2000-2004 and game used stuff going for several $$$ and i was just curious how the 90's stuff would do. i am planning to make him an offer for the collection but wanted to get a fill for the Classic and BEST stuff. most of the other stuff i'm getting an idea from ebay.

i was amazed at the stuff he had as far as autos and rookies of the modern guys.
